By adding The Bookie to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use The Bookie. These Terms apply to all users, including server administrators and individual members.

2. Description of Service

The Bookie is a Discord bot developed by Funky Rabbit Media that allows users to place virtual bets on sporting events, track outcomes, compete on leaderboards, and engage in friendly competition. It is intended strictly for entertainment purposes.

The Bookie does not involve real money, real gambling, or any financial transactions of any kind. All bets are virtual and carry no monetary value.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use The Bookie. By using the bot, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. You are also responsible for complying with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to The Bookie for any user or server at any time, without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated. Server administrators may remove the bot from their server at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of The Bookie after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
